Technical supervision of containers and packaging for the carriage of dangerous goods

The Ukrainian Shipping Register provides services to confirm the conformity of containers and packaging for dangerous goods with the requirements of the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG Code) and the UN provisions and recommendations on the carriage of dangerous goods.

To start rendering services, the Customer shall apply to the Register with an application for the confirmation of conformity of dangerous goods packaging.

The Customer shall inform the Register about all production sites where the type of packaging declared for conformity assessment is manufactured.

In case the Customer is not a manufacturer of packaging for dangerous goods, then when confirming the conformity of packaging that is manufactured in series, he shall be authorized by the manufacturer (which shall be confirmed by documents).
